DH-Cyber Security Solutions, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firm that provides cybersecurity consulting services, products, Virtual CISO consulting services, Cyber Security Engineering and Cybersecurity Program Management, Policy development, auditing, assessment, cybersecurity education, and Professional and Management Development Training. We provide medical equipment/products and services to the healthcare industry, including manufacturing medical, surgical, ophthalmic, and veterinary instruments, apparatus, surgical appliances, and supplies.

The CEO and President, Dr Dwayne Hodges, founded the company in 2012. Dwayne is a CISSP and Certified CISO and a retired military officer with more than 20 years military experience. Dwayne has extensive experience in cybersecurity, technology, information assurance, leadership, management, problem-solving, program management, risk management, risk governance, cyber operations planning, security operations planning, and strategic planning. Dwayne is an effective communicator and manager of complex processes with proven leadership results. He is certified and trained in several areas including information systems security professional (CISSP), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), ethical hacking, (CEH), Computer Network Defense Architect, (CNDA), Security + (SEC +), and Information Technology Information Library (ITIL). Active DoD Top Secret- SCI/w Q clearance with CI polygraph. Dwayne has extensive experience working internationally, commercially, with the federal government, and in the private sector.

Bill has over 40 years of experience as a sales manager and entrepreneur. Bill has a demonstrated track record of success in transforming average performers into polished persuasive contributors. He oversees the medical services and products support division for DH-Cyber Security Solutions.

Bills area of expertise includes increasing market penetration and creating sales opportunities by converting current data into successful strategies. He is a motivational leader and successfully motivates sales teams to implement systems and procedures to establish accountability and increase productivity and sales. Additional areas of expertise include all areas of business operations, planning, budgeting, and management, with a specific focus in sales, marketing, personnel management, contract negotiations, and customer relations. As an executive surgical executive consultant, Bill develops sales & marketing strategies for medical devices and services, negotiates product contracts, and develops company growth and sales targets.

Bill is the founder of Medithon Health Systems and Wells Spring, where he established a distribution system specializing in hospital operating room sales, endoscopy, video, surgical sales, and urology developing sales totaling over 6 million dollars a year. Bill has a business degree from Seton Hall University and is a U.S. military veteran and served in the United States Airforce, ANG.
